Why buy from us
  • Engineer install

We deliver, install, plumb it in or set up the water supply, programme the drinks and test it. You do not lift a finger.

  • Water filter fitted

Scale is the most common cause of premature failure on a bean to cup machine. Your filter is in from day one.

  • 6kg of coffee to start

6kg of our own coffee comes in the box with the machine, enough to get you pouring from day one.

  • One team after that

Beans, milk powder, chocolate, cups and engineer support, all from the same number.

Barista style coffee for high footfall sites, without a barista and without a queue.

The Platinum Espresso is a bean to cup machine built for volume. Large offices, hotels, conferences, exhibitions, restaurants and breakfast bars. Anywhere a lot of people want a good coffee through the day and there is nobody behind a counter to make it. It grinds fresh beans for every cup and pours a full menu of black coffees and milk drinks at the touch of the screen.

Inside is a preheated Swiss brew system with a quality pump and grinder. Fresh beans are ground to order and the shot is pulled under pressure, the same process a barista follows by hand. Milk and chocolate come from large powder canisters, so the machine serves cappuccinos, lattes, mochas and hot chocolate alongside the black coffees. The bigger canisters mean less topping up through a busy day.

The front is finished in glass with an LED illuminated branding panel above the screen for your logo. The touchscreen keeps the menu clear for anyone walking up to it, which matters when the machine sits in front of guests. A separate hot water point and a jug facility handle teas and round the table refills without holding up the coffee queue.

What makes the Platinum Espresso worth it is consistency. The preheated Swiss brew group means the first coffee of the morning tastes like the hundredth, and the large canisters keep it pouring through the busiest part of the day without anyone topping it up. Our engineers deliver and install it, plumb it in, fit the water filter and get it pouring from day one, with 6kg of our own coffee in the box to get you started. After that you have one team for coffee, supplies and engineer support, for as long as the machine is with you.

Common questions

The things buyers actually ask

How much does the Platinum Espresso cost?
We build every Platinum Espresso quote around what your business needs. Get in touch and we will put a complete quote together, including engineer install, the water filter, delivery and 6kg of our own coffee to get you started.
Does it use fresh milk or powder?
The Platinum Espresso runs on skimmed milk powder. On a bean to cup that foams well, because the coffee is extracted under pressure and already carries a crema, and it keeps the daily clean lighter than a fresh milk system. If your site specifically needs fresh milk drinks, get in touch and we will talk through the right fit.
How many cups can it handle?
We recommend the Platinum Espresso for around 150 cups a day, at roughly 30 seconds a cup. Bean to cup machines have a sensible daily volume, and a machine run well above what it was built for will struggle whatever the brand. We spec the machine to your actual daily numbers, so tell us your busiest day and we will make sure it is the right fit.
Plumbed in or stand alone water?
Plumbed into mains water as standard. A stand alone water supply is available for sites without a practical mains run. A water filter is fitted from day one either way to keep scale out of the boiler.
What is the cleaning routine?
A daily clean through the touchscreen flushes the system and clears the milk and chocolate lines, which takes a few minutes. Once a week a brewer cleaning tablet runs through an automated cycle to keep the coffee tasting right. A descale is due roughly every three months and the machine prompts you when it is. Skip the daily clean and a bean to cup will let you know about it, so this is the one routine worth keeping on top of.
