The JL38 is a fresh milk bean to cup machine built to be a proper coffee station. Two bean hoppers run side by side, so you can pour a regular blend and a decaf from the same machine, or set up a guest blend you rotate seasonally. Two powder canisters round out the menu, one for chocolate and one for whatever else your customers are asking for. Matcha is proving very popular at the moment, but it could be a flavoured topping, a malt drink, or anything you want to add to your menu.
The fresh milk system makes a real difference in the cup. An automatic pump pulls from a chilled supply and textures the milk for cappuccinos, lattes and flat whites. Real coffee beans are ground for every drink and brewed through a professional chamber. The drinks the machine produces are genuinely good, the kind of cups customers and staff will go out of their way for.
A 10 inch touchscreen carries 30 plus drinks across coffee, fresh milk drinks, hot chocolates, mochas and whatever you add through the second powder canister. The machine handles around 200 cups a day comfortably. Daily, weekly and quarterly cleaning cycles all run from the touchscreen, set up so the team only has to press start. The cycles can also be set to run automatically at a specific time, so the routine looks after itself.
Our engineers deliver and install the machine, plumb it in, fit the filter and get it pouring from day one. Your first 6kg of coffee comes with it. After that, you have one team handling the supplies and any engineer support, for as long as the machine is on your counter.
