What to Consider When Choosing an Instant Coffee Machine

The right instant machine for your business depends on a number of factors. Volume is the most important consideration. A machine rated for 60 cups per hour is a very different proposition from one capable of 240 cups per hour, and choosing the wrong capacity for your environment will either leave users waiting or result in a machine that is underutilised and difficult to justify. Canister configuration is the next consideration. A single canister machine will typically offer coffee and hot water, while two, three and four canister machines progressively add milk, chocolate, decaf and other options to the menu. If you need a full hot drinks offering including decaf, cappuccino, hot chocolate and speciality drinks, you will need a machine with sufficient canisters to support that range. Some machines also support fresh milk as an alternative to powdered milk topping, which improves the quality of milk based drinks significantly.
